Subway Surfers is an "endless running" mobile game co-developed by Kiloo, a private company based in Denmark and SYBO Games. The game displays colourful, whimsical design and a fast pace. It is available on Android, iOS and Windows Phone platforms. Players of the game take the role of youthful hooligans who, caught in the act of applying graffiti to a metro railway site, take off down the tracks to escape the inspector. As the hooligan avatars run they grab gold coins out of the air while simultaneously dodging collisions with railway cars and other objects.
Subway Surfers launched in May 2012 with updates based on seasonal holidays. Since January 2013 updates have been based on a "World Tour" theme that places game action in a new city each month. Cities featured included New York City, Rio de Janeiro, Sydney, Rome, Tokyo, Miami, Paris, Beijing, Moscow, New Orleans, London, and Mumbai. On 6th January 2014, developer Kiloo announced that the latest "World Tour: Mumbai" (v1.17) which was released after "World Tour: London", will not be released on Windows Phone 8-powered devices.
The object of the game is to run one's hooligan character as far as possible through an endless game world by avoiding randomly generated obstacles that require the player to either jump (slide finger forward), duck (slide finger backwards) and/or dodge the oncoming trains (slide finger laterally) in a precise manner with the help of occasional power-ups. Gameplay takes place in graphical 3-D perspective. Player characters collect coins as they run; occasionally they surf on hoverboards, jump over or roll under objects, soar over the train tracks, and even run along overhead wires. Special missions reward players with bonuses for accomplishing precise tasks. Upon a wipeout, characters occasionally appear to smash into the screen. This fourth wall gag has predecessors in Crash Bandicoot and the 1999 Pepsiman videogame on PlayStation. Since January 2013 the game's monthly update features a new city as a setting. The differences are mainly graphic, as the gameplay remains much the same. Weekly city-themed "treasure hunts" earn special bonuses. Each new city installment introduces a new character who is native to the locale, and a new hoverboard bearing a design suggestive of the local culture. Both items are made available for in-game "purchase" with harvested gold coins for only a limited time, but they remain as permanent items in the player's collection. The game makes whimsical use of tourist stereotypes. The Paris version, for example, introduced a street mime character, a tricolour hoverboard based on the French flag, and souvenir hunts for miniature Eiffel towers.

Test Drive Unlimited 2 (abbreviated as TDU2) is an open world racing video game developed by Eden Games and published by Atari. It is the tenth installment of the series, and the second to be marketed under the Unlimited franchise. It is also the second game in the series to be based on an open world styled gameplay. It was the final game released by Eden Games before being shut down by Atari, SA in 2013. Test Drive Unlimited 2 includes a variety of roads, sports cars, and bikes based on models from a handful of manufacturers; It also includes four wheel drive SUVs, a new feature for the series which is looked upon by the community as being subpar. The plot revolves around an unknown racer, who is offered the chance to enter a series of tournaments and, progressing through the game, to eventually become the winner of a fictional "Solar Crown Cup," by defeating a number of NPCs (non-player characters) in various racing events.
There is a storyline in Test Drive Unlimited 2 for the player to follow. To progress through the game, the player has to earn experience points to level up through the 60 levels. These points can be earned via 4 categories: Competition (racing, completing challenges) Social (making friends in the game, racing against other people, joining clubs) Discovery (discovering all roads, taking photographs of specific locations, finding all car wrecks) Collection (buying cars, houses, furniture, clothing/and other needs)
There are an additional 10 character levels available to those who acquire the TDU2 Casino Online DLC; These levels are achieved within the casino itself. A new meter is evident in freeroam. The player can earn a small amount of money depending on how the player drives. If the player is to drive at medium to high speed near another vehicle, he or she will get a small amount of cash, usually under 500 dollars per 'pass'. The player can try to chain passes, and hit the 'accept' button to accept his cash, then start a new chain.
Exploring the island lets the player find vehicle wrecks, which will unlock two vehicles at the dealerships on the islands. The player can walk around in their houses, vehicle shops, clubs and the optional casino DLC.
The player's avatar can be altered slightly by changing hair, clothes, and facial features. Players can also buy houses in the game. Co-op also features in this game, where friends can be a passenger in the player's car until they decides to leave or the player decides to kick him out.

Batman: Arkham City is a 2011 action-adventure video game developed by Rocksteady Studios and released by Warner Bros. Arkham City is an open world action-adventure game that incorporates elements of stealth game tactics. As Batman, the player is able to use "Detective Vision", a visual mode that highlights elements of interest on-screen, such as character status, collectables, and clues; the mode is also used to perform forensic activities such as tracking the source of a sniper rifle round. The player has access to an in-game criminal database which includes forensic puzzles, as well as a network for hacking communication frequencies.

Harvest Moon: Back to Nature (Bokujō Monogatari Harvest Moon?) is a video game in the farm simulation series Harvest Moon, developed by Victor Interactive Software. It is the first Harvest Moon game for a non-Nintendo console. Characters from Harvest Moon 64 were transferred to be the characters in this game, although with new lifestyles, personalities, and relatives. A girl-oriented remake, Bokujō Monogatari Harvest Moon for Girl (牧場物語～ハーベストムーン～forガール?), was also developed, but until 2007 had not been released in English. This game was later remade as the Game Boy Advance games Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town and Harvest Moon: More Friends of Mineral Town. In 2005 Harvest Moon: Back to Nature was coupled with the girl version and ported as Harvest Moon: Boy & Girl (Bokujō Monogatari: Harvest Moon Boy and Girl?) for the PlayStation Portable, although the box art and instructions portrayed it as a completely new game. In 2008, Marvelous Interactive released Harvest Moon: Back to Nature and Bokujō Monogatari Harvest Moon for Girl for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Portable via the PlayStation Network.
The main character begins with a ramshackle farm and a small amount of money. Over the course of the game, the player must build a thriving farm, and become a friend of the citizens of Mineral Town. Gameplay involves the acts of farming and interacting with the people the character meets, and balancing time, money, and energy. In Harvest Moon: Back to Nature, since the death of the player's grandfather, the farm has fallen into disuse and the fields have become overgrown with weeds. Once this initial obstacle is cleared, the player can then start to expand on these most basic tasks as they proceed to build up the value of their produce. There is no requirement for tasks to be performed upon starting a new game, though players have a limited number of years before being asked to leave the farm if it remains in disrepair. Time passes while players are outside buildings, and pauses inside buildings and mines. The growing of crops and raising of livestock requires daily attention and the expenditure of time. The player begins with a hammer, hoe, axe, watering can, and sickle. Upgrading the tools requires time and money, but allows the player to work more efficiently, allowing more work to be done with less energy. Energy is the other concern facing players who wish to be successful, particularly in the early stages of the game. The main character can perform a limited amount of tasks each day. Rather than displaying an energy bar, the game instead shows the character becoming more tired as he performs more tasks. Repeatedly pushing your player beyond exhaustion will result in him passing out and having to visit the local hospital. The player's maximum energy can be increased by locating hidden "power berries" scattered throughout the game world. Energy can be regained through rest, eating, or visiting the local hot springs. The weather can affect how the player completes their goals during that day. Regardless of season, most days are calm and do not cause adverse or positive affects on the player's activities. Rainfall results in crops being watered without player intervention, freeing time to pursue other goals, but at the same time, can cause the player to develop a cold, forcing him not to work for a day. Hurricanes and blizzards prevent the character from leaving his home for the day and cause the destruction of crops and the loss of certain livestock if they're left outside.

Spider-Man 3 is an action game loosely based on the Spider-Man 3 film and released for the Game Boy Advance, Microsoft Windows, Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, Nintendo DS, Wii, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Portable. The Game Boy Advance, PlayStation 2, Nintendo DS & Wii versions were developed by Vicarious Visions while the Microsoft Windows version was developed by Beenox[1] and the Xbox 360, PlayStation Portable and PlayStation 3 versions were developed by Treyarch. There was also going to be a GameCube release of the game but it got cancelled due to its discontinuation along with Shrek the Third (video game). The game's plot expands on the film by including additional characters and elements from the Spider-Man comics and the Marvel Universe. Depending on the platform, different villains from the comics are featured, but all versions of the game feature the film's main villains: Venom, New Goblin, and Sandman.
The game retains many of the gameplay elements from the previous game. Among the holdovers from the previous game is the freely explorable Manhattan map, which is larger in area than the one in Spider-Man 2. There have been various changes to the movement and combat system, including the usage of motion sensitive controls on the Wii version.
The Nintendo DS version's combat system is entirely operated using the DS's touch screen - the d-pad is only used for moving Spider-Man. Players are also now able to interact at certain points during some cutscenes. Another prominent feature is the ability to play as the black-suited Spider-Man from the film, which allows access to new attacks and special "Rage" moves. The Treyarch-developed Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC versions differ from the versions developed by Vicarious Visions in that initially players cannot change into the black suit at will. Instead, players change into the Black Suit at a certain point in the storyline. Players are also able to swing freely and enter the Bugle for assignments like in the Spider-Man 2 game and can enter into Peter's apartment. Like many other PC games, the PC version can be modified, although few mods for this game have released. Scorpion, Rhino, Kraven, Kingpin, and the Arsenic Candy gang are exclusive villains to this version. Peter Parker [in civilian clothes] is also playable through a glitch.

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II is an action-adventure platform video game developed and published by LucasArts. It is the second installment of the The Force Unleashed multimedia project, and the sequel to Star Wars: The Force Unleashed (2008). Sam Witwer again provides the voice and likeness for Starkiller, and several cast members return to voice and provide likeness to their respective roles. The Force Unleashed II produced varying responses from critics, who despite adulating the sound design and aesthetics, were concerned with several gameplay elements and an underwhelming storyline. Aggregate scores range from the 40–70% range at websites GameRankings and Metacritic. During the first few weeks after its release it placed fifth or higher in sales for several regions.
The Force Unleashed II is a third-person action game in which the player's character's weapons are the Force and a lightsaber. The game has a combo system for stringing lightsaber attacks and for combining lightsaber attacks with Force powers. Like the original Force Unleashed, experience points earned by killing enemies and finding artifacts can be used to increase Starkiller's powers and traits. The Force Unleashed II refines gameplay elements from the first Force Unleashed, and adds more variety with such features as puzzle solving. Combat was modified to include the ability to wield dual lightsabers, which can dismember or decapitate enemies. The game also adds more Force powers, such as "Mind Trick" and "Force Fury".

Final Fight (Japanese:) is a side-scrolling beat-'em-up produced by Capcom. Originally released as an arcade game in 1989, it was the seventh title released for the CP System hardware. Set in the fictional Metro City, the player controls one of three characters—former pro wrestler and newly elected mayor Mike Haggar, his daughter's boyfriend Cody, and Cody's best friend Guy—as they set out to defeat the Mad Gear gang and rescue Haggar's young daughter Jessica. The total sales of the Final Fight series have totaled 3.4 million units. Final Fight can be played by up to two players simultaneously. Before the game begins, the player chooses between the three main characters: Haggar, Cody, and Guy. Each has his own fighting style and attributes. Health gauges are displayed for both player and enemy characters.
The controls for Final Fight consist of an eight-way joystick and two buttons for attacking and jumping respectively. Pressing the attack button repeatedly when attacking an enemy or multiple enemies will cause the player character to perform a combo. The final blow of the combo can be changed to a throw if the player moves the joystick in the opposite direction just before landing it. The player can also perform a jump attack. Pressing the attack and jump buttons simultaneously allows the player to perform a special attack that strikes all surrounding enemies, but will drain a small portion of the player's health.
Enemies can be grabbed simply by walking into one of them. When an enemy is grabbed, the player can perform a grab attack by pressing the attack button or perform a throw by tilting the joystick left or right. A thrown enemy can be tossed at another for additional damage. Items such as weapons, health recovery items, and items awarding extra points can be picked up by standing over one and pressing the attack button. Weapons have limited uses and will disappear if the player is disarmed by an enemy too much or when the player moves to a new area.

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is a 2010 first-person shooter video game developed by the Swedish firm EA Digital Illusions CE (DICE) and published by Electronic Arts for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, iOS and Kindle Fire systems. It is a direct sequel to Battlefield: Bad Company and is part of the Battlefield game series. It was released worldwide in March 2010. The iOS port was released on the App Store on December 16, 2010. A Kindle Fire version was released in June 2012.
The game is primarily a squad-level first-person shooter based in a contemporary modern warfare setting. Additionally, the game includes a single-player campaign, where the player re-assumes the role of Preston Marlowe, the protagonist of the original game. The game's Frostbite 1.5 engine allows for destructible environments. Multiplayer maps, which allow for five different game modes, contain a wide selection of vehicles, aircraft and emplacements.
The game was met with a positive reception from critics, garnering a weighted mean of 88 from aggregator Metacritic for the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions, and 87 for the PC version. It has also become a commercial success, having sold in excess of nine million units since its initial release. Seven VIP map packs as well as a downloadable game mode have been released thus far, plus an expansion pack centered around the Vietnam War, which was released on December 21, 2010.
While Bad Company 2 is primarily a first-person shooter, it follows other games in the series by allowing the player to control certain vehicles, including ATVs, APCs, tanks, and helicopters. On foot, players are given access to a variety of real-world small arms such as assault rifles and machine guns. Players can also jump, crouch, and sprint. They can carry one primary weapon and a pistol in multiplayer, or two primary weapons in single-player, as well as grenades and other equipment. Players can fire "from the hip", but zooming in and using iron sights, reflex sights, or telescopic sights (depending on the weapon) will provide much better accuracy when shooting. Bad Company 2 heavily emphasizes destructible environments. Large sections of most buildings can be destroyed by explosives, and some walls and fences break down under barrages of bullets, with the game's physics engine realistically simulating the destruction. The game utilizes a "regenerating health" system, rather than giving players health points as older games in the Battlefield series have done. To accommodate this in multiplayer, the "Medic" equipment now accelerates health regeneration rather than directly restoring the player's health. If a player is wounded, he or she must take cover and avoid damage in order to regain health. A heavily wounded player will see dirt and blood around the edges of the screen. Along with Battlefield Vietnam and Battlefield 3, Bad Company 2 is one of only three games in the Battlefield series to show blood without third-party modification.

MTX Mototrax is a Motocross videogame made by Left Field Productions and published by Activision for the PlayStation 2 and Xbox in 2004. It was released for the PC later that year. The PC version was developed and published by Aspyr. It was released in 2006 for the PlayStation Portable. The Lord of the Rings - The Fellowship of the Ring is a 2002 action-adventure game developed based on the first volume of J. R. R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings. Pocket Studios developed the game for Game Boy Advance, The Whole Experience developed the game for Xbox, while Surreal Software developed the PlayStation 2 and PC version. Despite being released around the same time as Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings film trilogy, the game is based on Tolkien's book rather than Jackson's film version of The Fellowship of the Ring. The three playable characters in the game are Frodo, Aragorn, and Gandalf; each with their own weapons (which vary throughout the game). Frodo uses 3 melee weapons at different stages in the game: a walking stick at the start of the game, a dagger (from the Barrow Downs) after defeating an Old Barrow-wight, and the short sword Sting, which is given to him by Bilbo. Frodo can also pick up stones and throw them in a ranged attack, as well as utilizing the Ring to give him invisibility. Aragorn uses a broadsword, Andúril, and a bow. Gandalf uses his sword Glamdring and his array of magical spells: Fiery Blast, Staff Strike, Chain Lightning, Heal, and Attract.
There are meters in the game found on the top right and left corners of the screen. For Frodo, the meter at the top left represents health and the top right represents purity. When Frodo wears the One Ring his purity is depleted. Wear it for too long, and a Black Rider will find Frodo. Aragorn only has a health meter. Gandalf has a health meter and a spirit meter in place of a purity meter, which is depleted when casting spells. It is replenished by drinking Miruvor. There are many items in the game. One of them is mushrooms, commonly found in The Shire. Another is Cram, a bread made by the men of Dale. It can be found in Bree, Weathertop, The Troll Shaws, Orc Dam, Moria, Hollin, and Amon Hen. Lembas is a waybread made by the elves of Lothlórien. It can be found in the same places as Cram. Another item is Miruvor, a drink to replenish Gandalf's spirit meter. Lembas, Cram, and Mushrooms all replenish health.

Hitman Absolution is an action-adventure stealth video game developed by IO Interactive and published by Square Enix. It is the fifth entry in the Hitman game series, and runs on IO Interactive's proprietary Glacier 2 game engine. Before release, the developers stated that Absolution would be easier to play and more accessible, while still retaining hardcore aspects of the franchise. The game was released on 20 November 2012, which is in the 47th week of the year (in reference to the protagonist, Agent 47).
The game takes place primarily in the United States, mainly around the city of Chicago, Illinois, and a fictional town called Hope in South Dakota. This game introduces an online option to the series, where players can create their own missions for other players to complete. In addition, the game features "instinct mode" which allows 47 to predict enemy patrol routes, much like the "sonar vision" that was featured in Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Conviction. In the aftermath of Hitman: Blood Money, Diana Burnwood, Agent 47's handler with the International Contract Agency, suddenly goes rogue, carrying out a catastrophic sabotage that includes publicly exposing the Agency. The Agency reforms under agent Benjamin Travis; Travis assigns 47 to kill Diana and bring Victoria, a teenage girl in her care, to the Agency. Shooting and wounding Diana in her home in Chicago, 47, rather than executing her, comforts the seemingly dying Diana, who gives him a letter and asks him to keep Victoria safe from the Agency.
47 hides Victoria at a Catholic orphanage, somewhere in Chicago and contacts an informant named Birdie, who asks him to kill a wealthy gangster nicknamed "The King of Chinatown". After eliminating him, 47 meets with Birdie, who briefs him about Blake Dexter, the CEO of Dexter Industries, who may have more information on Victoria. As payment, 47 is forced to give his Silverballers to Birdie. 47 learns that Dexter is in the "Terminus" hotel and after evading Dexter's henchmen, eavesdroppes on him. 47 learns from Dexter's conversation with his secretary Layla that he plans to kidnap and auction Victoria to the highest bidder. 47 attempts to strangle with a wire Sanchez, Dexter's enormous bodyguard, who proceeds to knock 47 unconscious. Framed by Dexter for the murder of an innocent maid, 47 escapes the hotel that was set on fire because of Dexter and evades the police.
